Biography

Saint Theodore of Cyrene, also known as Theodore the Martyr, was a prominent scribe and manuscript copyist, as well as the Bishop of Cyrene in Libya. He lived during the 4th century and died around 310 AD. The exact details of his martyrdom are unclear, but it is believed that he met his end in Cyrene, Libya, the place where he had served as the Bishop.
