Saint Talida of Antinoë, also known as Talida of Thebes, Talida of Thebais, Amata, Amma Talida, and Diamant, was a renowned nun and abbess in Egypt during the 4th century. She led a life devoted to serving God and guiding others in the ways of faith. Born in Antinoë, Egypt, Saint Talida dedicated herself to the religious life from a young age. She entered a convent and committed her entire being to the service of God. Her sincerity and devotion were evident to all who knew her, and she quickly rose to prominence within the church community.
