Biography

Saint Sananus was a holy man who lived during the 5th century. He was one of the many Irish immigrants who, seeking a life of spirituality and holiness, journeyed to the Brittany coast in France. Little is known about the early life of Saint Sananus, but his devotion to God and his profound wisdom gained him recognition as a revered figure among the people. Saint Sananus lived a life of simplicity and contemplation, devoting his days to prayer and meditation.
