In this dream, Saint Primianus appeared before her as a bishop, introducing himself and explaining that he had been martyred for his Christian faith over 1,000 years earlier. According to Saint Primianus, his body had been transported by sailors from a pagan area to Ancona. He disclosed that he had been buried in the church of Sante Maria in Turriano, which was situated near the city's port. The location of his burial had long been forgotten until his appearance in Cecola's dream.
