Biography

Saint Maurus of Rome, also known as Saint Maurus of Milan, was an Imperial Roman soldier who courageously defended the faith during the early fourth century. Unfortunately, due to the limited historical records available, not much is known about his life and martyrdom. Saint Maurus is believed to have lived during the reign of Emperor Diocletian, a period characterized by intense persecution of Christians.
