Despite the hardships he endured, he never wavered in his commitment to his faith. Eventually, he achieved freedom from his captors and chose to devote his life to serving God. Saint Leoniano embarked on a spiritual journey, becoming a monk in Autun and dedicating himself to a life of prayer, self-discipline, and contemplation.
