Biography

Saint Eufridus, also known as Eufredo or Teofredo, was a seventh-century Benedictine monk near Asti, Italy. He served as an abbot and was known for his unwavering faith and dedication to God. Little is known about the early life of Saint Eufridus, but it is believed that he was born in the Piedmont region of Italy. He was drawn to the monastic life and joined the Benedictine Order. Through his devotion and ascetic practices, he quickly rose through the ranks and eventually became an abbot.
