Biography

Saint Barhadbescialas, also known as Barhadbesciabas, was a deacon who lived during the 4th century. He is revered as a martyr in the Catholic Church, having been killed during the persecutions under the reign of King Sapor II. Very little is known about the life of Saint Barhadbescialas beyond the Acts of his martyrdom, which were written in Aramaic and have survived to this day.
