Saint Apronia, also known as Evronie, was a nun and a sister of Saint Aprus of Toul. Little is known about her early life and background, but she was born near Trier, Germany. She dedicated her life to serving God and made her religious vows as a nun under the guidance of her brother, Saint Aprus. Saint Apronia lived a life of piety, devotion, and selflessness. She embraced the monastic lifestyle, spending her days in prayer, contemplation, and meditating on the teachings of Christ. As a nun, she dedicated herself to serving others and living a life of humility. It is believed that Saint Apronia resided in the region of Toul, in present-day France. Alongside her fellow sisters, she contributed to the spiritual growth of the community and took part in the daily activities of the monastery. She was canonized before the formal establishment of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints, known as the Pre-Congregation period.
