Biography

The Martyrs of Saint Sabas is a group of 44 monks who were brutally massacred by Moors at the monastery of Saint Sabas in Palestine. Unfortunately, the names of these martyrs have not come down to us, but their sacrifice and devotion to their faith are deeply revered.
