Blessed Vicente Gay Zarzo, also known as Father Modesto María of Torrent, was a Spanish Catholic priest and a member of the Capuchin Tertiary Fathers and Brothers of Our Lady of Sorrows. He was born on January 19, 1885, in Torrent, Valencia, Spain.
