Biography

Blessed Isabella Crivelli, also known as Isabella Crivelli of Porta Romana, was a notable figure in the latter 15th century in Italy. She was born in Milan and later joined the convent of Sant’Apollinare in Porta Romana, becoming a Poor Clare nun. Isabella was renowned for her deeply mystical prayer life, which inspired and touched the hearts of many.

Throughout her life, Isabella Crivelli demonstrated a profound devotion to her faith and a strong desire to seek God through prayer and contemplation.
