Biography

Blessed Francesc SegalÖ Solé, also known as Francesc of the Assumption, Francisco SegalÖ Solé, or Francisco de La Asunción, was a Catholic priest and member of the Discalced Carmelites. He was born on 25 May 1912 in Montgay, Urgell, Lleida, Spain.

Francesc SegalÖ Solé dedicated his life to the service of God as a priest. He joined the Discalced Carmelites, a religious order known for their devotion to contemplative prayer and asceticism. Within the order, he was known for his piety, humility, and dedication to his vocation.
