Biography

Blessed Enrique Vidaurreta Palma was a dedicated Catholic priest in the diocese of Málaga, Spain during the early 20th century. Born on October 16, 1896, in Antequera, Málaga, Spain, he grew up in a devout Catholic family and developed a strong faith from an early age.

Enrique Vidaurreta Palma felt called to the priesthood and pursued his vocation with great enthusiasm. He entered the seminary and received his ordination as a priest, serving the people of Málaga with love and compassion. His dedication to his flock earned him a reputation as a caring and devoted shepherd.

Tragically, during the turbulent years of the Spanish Civil War, Enrique Vidaurreta Palma became a victim of religious persecution. On August 31, 1936, in the midst of the war, he was martyred for his faith and unwavering commitment to the Catholic Church. He was executed and buried in the San Rafaél cemetery in Málaga, Spain.
