Blessed Eduardo Sáinz Lantarón, born on 14 November 1906 in Renedo de Valdearroyo, Santander, Spain, was a Dominican priest and martyr during the Spanish Civil War.

Eduardo joined the Dominican Order in 1924, embracing a life dedicated to God and the service of others. His devotion and commitment led him to make his solemn profession in the Order on 14 November 1927. Recognized for his spiritual maturity and dedication, he was ordained a priest on 29 March 1931.
