Blessed Dionisio De Santarem, also known as Dionisio of Valladolid, was a Mercedarian friar who resided at the convent of Sant’Antolino in Valladolid, Spain. Born in an undisclosed year, Dionisio lived a remarkable life dedicated to piety, humility, and love for God and his fellow beings.

During his time as a Mercedarian friar, Dionisio De Santarem strongly admired and had a deep devotion to Saint Peter Nolasco, the founder of the Mercedarian Order.
