His compassion and dedication became an inspiration for many to return to the Catholic Church.
Deeply committed to the education and empowerment of young girls in his community, Father Marchisio founded the Institute of the Daughters of Saint Joseph. This organization aimed to educate, train, and support local girls, allowing them to pursue a fulfilling and meaningful life. Father Marchisio took on the role of superior within the institute, dedicating himself to its cause for an impressive 28 years.
Throughout his life, Blessed Clemente Marchisio exhibited exceptional virtues and holiness. His selfless work, apostolate, and tireless service to the Church were recognized by Pope Paul VI, who declared him venerable on 4 May 1970.
